1. Information We Collect
Pinnacle POS does not collect any personal information from you. The app operates entirely on your device and uses Apple's iCloud (if enabled) to sync your data across your own devices.
The data you enter into the app — such as product names, client information, and sales records — is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account. This data is never transmitted to us or any third party.
2. iCloud Sync
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Pinnacle POS uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data between your devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
3. Analytics & Tracking
Pinnacle POS does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking libraries, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your behavior, location, or usage patterns.
4. Third-Party Services
Pinnacle POS does not integrate with any third-party services that collect personal data. The only external service used is Apple CloudKit (iCloud), which is subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third parties. There are no advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers involved.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is stored entirely on your device and/or iCloud account. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app. To remove iCloud data, you can manage your iCloud storage directly from your device's Settings app.
7. Children's Privacy
Pinnacle POS is intended for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
